NumberNagar® focuses on experiential learning in the subjects of Math and Phonics. This approach emphasizes hands-on, engaging activities that make learning more enjoyable and relevant to students’ everyday lives.

NumberNagar® franchise provides an independent business model where franchise educators have the autonomy to operate the centre while being supported by the NumberNagar® brand and resources.

The NumberNagar® franchise will operate from the franchise educator’s residence. It requires a private area of at least 100 sq. ft., with a table that is spacious enough (minimum dimensions: 3 ft. in length, 3 ft. in width, and 25 to 30 inches in height) to comfortably seat the franchise educator and up to three students. Additionally, bookshelves will be necessary to store the learning materials.

The infrastructure cost includes the table, bookshelves, UPS support, adequate natural and artificial lighting, and proper ventilation through windows or fans. The infrastructure may either be reused or purchased by the franchisee, subject to approval by the Company.

The NumberNagar® team will engage in an interactive discussion with franchisee applicants. This discussion will cover topics such as the applicant’s residence location, educational qualifications, reasons for interest in the franchise, and the availability of suitable infrastructure. Once both NumberNagar® and the applicant are satisfied with the discussion, the selection process will be considered complete.

The NumberNagar® franchise will involve the delivery of Math and Phonics products, along with comprehensive training and certification for franchise educators. The setup time for the franchise is estimated to be 2 months.

The NumberNagar® franchise requires a low initial investment and offers a fee structure that is reasonable for parents. By adhering to the standards and guidelines provided during training by the Company, franchise educators can expect to achieve a return on investment (ROI) within a year.

Typically, tuition centres, coaching centres, evening classes all follow the pattern of instruction that happens in school – one teacher and a large batch of students. Teacher teaches and students are expected to follow and complete assigned work. If a student has difficulty in understanding concepts at school, it is likely that the difficulty gets carried over to the tuition/coaching centre as well. Because there is not a significant difference between the methodology used in school and the other centres, it is unlikely that there is a positive impact on the learning experience of the child.

NumberNagar® however, uses a well-researched integrated curriculum and a proprietary 5C™ methodology to probe deeply into each child’s learning need and tailor a personalised programme. At NumberNagar®, we believe in a hands-on, activity-based learning approach. Franchise educators are equipped with the appropriate hands-on NumberNagar® Maths and Phonics products, while students receive NumberNagar® Maths and Phonics books. Additionally, worksheets are provided to students to support practice and reinforce learning.

At NumberNagar®, we have carefully researched and designed a Phonics curriculum aimed at developing strong reading skills in students. The NumberNagar® Phonics program consists of six levels, and after an assessment, each student will begin at the level best suited to their current abilities.

At NumberNagar®, we begin phonics learning classes at the age of 4, which is the ideal age to start building foundational reading skills. This early start helps children develop a strong understanding of phonics and supports their overall language development.

At NumberNagar®, students can begin learning phonics at any age after 4 years. Phonics is a crucial skill for language development, and age should not be a barrier to learning it. If phonics is not learned properly, it can impact a student’s communication skills in the long run, affecting their confidence in both academic settings and social interactions.

At NumberNagar®, we have designed creative and easy-to-use Phonics Books for all six levels of our program. At NumberNagar®, we believe in tailoring each student’s learning experience to match their specific school syllabus. Our classes are naturally mapped to the concepts children are learning in school, ensuring seamless integration and reinforcing their understanding in a way that complements their regular curriculum.

At NumberNagar®, we have designed a unique Maths Manipulative Book for students in grades 1 to 5. This Book is the learning aid. The contents of this book are carefully mapped to the concepts learnt in the syllabus, and the NumberNagar® Maths products used by franchise educators in the NumberNagar® classes. By using this book, students will enhance their conceptual understanding and build a strong foundation for more advanced learning. At NumberNagar®, we offer a wide range of worksheets designed to help students practice and strengthen the concepts they’ve learned in school or during NumberNagar® classes. At NumberNagar®, each child attends two one-hour classes per week per subject. Our curriculum is carefully planned to ensure all key concepts are covered from the start of the school year through to the final month before school examinations, giving students a complete and thorough understanding of their subjects.

At NumberNagar®, we prioritize providing individual attention to each student. To ensure this, the maximum number of students in any session is limited to three. This small class size allows our franchise educators to focus on delivering the highest quality education and address the unique needs of every student.

At NumberNagar®, we conduct regular tests and assessments to track student progress. We also review school test results to gain a comprehensive understanding of each student’s needs. Based on these insights, we adapt our teaching approach to better support the individual learning requirements of each student.

Each franchise educator will have a unique QR code linked to the NumberNagar® company bank account for payments. Parents are required to make payments exclusively through this UPI method. At NumberNagar®, new student classes are scheduled based on mutual discussion and agreement between the franchise educator and the parent. It is of primary importance to adhere to the original schedule throughout the months, as this helps maximize the efficiency of planning for the student, the franchise educator, and the parent.

At NumberNagar®, we are committed to completing the classes as planned for our students. However, in cases where parents are relocating to a different area, a refund will be processed for the remaining classes.

At NumberNagar®, we encourage parents to adhere to the planned class schedule, as cancellations can impact the student’s learning progress. However, if cancellation is unavoidable, the request must be communicated during the previous class. Emergency situations will be treated as exceptions.
